- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Efficient admin staff, who I've noticed get very rushed sometimes but they're only unfriendly if YOU are impatient! The issue of being put on hold when phoning is understandable given that it IS a dental practice accepting NHS patients, after all - which fewer and fewer practices do.
